How We Started
Fernando Ortiz started working in the insurance industry in 2003, and more recently on the billing and credentialing side in 2013, through a private behavioral health organization. He met his beautiful wife Latitia in 2014, who is a therapist. She found herself struggling to find the time to submit claims along with the follow-up required and still be able to see patients. With Fernando's experience and background, he offered to take on this task for her. From this moment, he realized he could help so many more people in the behavioral health field free up their time and support more clients by providing services such as billing and credentialing.

Medical Billing
We bill directly to the insurance company to allow for easy auditing and follow-up. We provide a simple billing log that can be submitted to our company through our HIPAA compliant email address.
Credentialing
We provide an initial meeting to gather information on exactly what's needed for the credentialing application. Once the application is submitted, we commit time every week in order to expedite approval and ensure that your contract is in place as quickly as possible.
Initial LLC or Private Practice Startup
We provide a simple step-by-step process for submitting your application for such things as your LLC, Business License and State and Federal Tax Id numbers.
